Canna Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp canna butter
  • 8 oz. pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare pasta as directed on the package in a large pan of salted boiling water. When draining the pasta, save 1/4 cup of water.
  2. Place a large pan over moderate flame and melt the cannabutter.
  3. Add the red pepper flakes and minced garlic; let them simmer for 1-2 minutes or until aromatic.
  4. Mix the cooked spaghetti with the garlic butter mixture. Add a little of the saved pasta water if the pasta feels dry.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and enjoy.
