Canna Butter Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of canna butter

4 slices of bread

4 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or any type you prefer)

Freshly ground black pepper

 

Instruction:

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high.
  2. Spread the canna butter on bread slices.
  3. Put two slices of cheese on each of the two unbuttered bread slices.
  4. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper on top of the cheese.
  5. Put the remaining bread slices on top, buttered side out.
  6. Grill each side of the sandwiches for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
  7. Sandwiches taken off the grill and allowed one minute to cool before serving.
