Ingredients:
1/2 cup of canna butter
4 slices of bread
4 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or any type you prefer)
Freshly ground black pepper
Instruction:
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high.
- Spread the canna butter on bread slices.
- Put two slices of cheese on each of the two unbuttered bread slices.
- Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper on top of the cheese.
- Put the remaining bread slices on top, buttered side out.
- Grill each side of the sandwiches for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
- Sandwiches taken off the grill and allowed one minute to cool before serving.
